3)Can cause irreversible and lasting damage to the recipient.

What you are going to want to do, however, is find some instance in which animal testing is still being used that way you can provide actual instances for "animal testing" that hold up against your criteria. The problem you are going to have is that, with most audiences, they will agree that animal testing is abusive. What you need to do is to find what sort of animal testing is still being done that people don't know about and place those into the spot with "animal testing."
